Overview

As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Aspire, you will oversee the organization’s IT governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) framework, supporting alignment with DORA and GDPR while ensuring robust cybersecurity and data protection compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in IT compliance, cybersecurity, or risk management.
• Knowledge of DORA, GDPR, and other ICT regulations.
• Strong understanding of IT control frameworks.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a regulated financial institution or fintech.
• Relevant certifications in IT governance and compliance preferred.
