• Develop and execute a security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Support sales teams and ensure compliance and security of products.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC2, ISO, HITRUST.
• Lead risk management initiatives and conduct regular assessments.
• Implement security policies and controls to protect sensitive data.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents effectively.
• Secure cloud environments and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Enhance security awareness through training programs.
• Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and third-party vendors.
• Report security risks to leadership and develop IT teams.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in implementing security programs in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and network security technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and incident response solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
