Overview

The Technical Support Engineer 2 (I6) will provide operational support and handle customer requests in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, leveraging specialized tools and knowledge.

In Short

  • Provide operational support for GAM processes.
  • Handle multiple intakes such as Chat and web requests.
  • Research and obtain specific customer information.
  • Establish knowledge of specialized tool sets.
  • Demonstrate operational knowledge of process workflows.
  • Utilize Knowledge Management tools effectively.
  • Proficient in Chinese/Japanese/Korean and English.
  • Intermediate SQL skills required.
  • Basic Project Management skills preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in technical support.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel, with advanced skills preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple workstreams.
  • Strong customer engagement and de-escalation skills.
  • Experience with Dell internal tools like CHAT (SFDC Lightning).
  • Knowledge of Macro use.
  • Experience in customer or technical support roles.
  • Language proficiency in Chinese/Japanese/Korean.
