Engineering Technologist, CTO Office of Pursuits - Remote

Overview

As an Engineering Technologist in the CSG CTO Office of Pursuits, you will lead efforts to make on-device AI real for our customers, creating proofs of concept and bridging technical expertise with product development.

• Lead on-device AI initiatives for customer engagement.
• Manage development of POCs and co-innovation projects.
• Evaluate and transition successful projects into product designs.
• Support CTO Office initiatives and represent the office as a subject matter expert.
• Strong understanding of product development processes.

• Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
• Desirable experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
• Work closely with engineering teams for project handoffs.
• Engage with customers for insights and feedback.

Requirements

• Typically requires 10+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong appetite for experimentation and prototyping.
• Ability to apply technology trends creatively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to work under tight timelines.
• Recent coursework in applied AI or data science is a plus.
