Regional Operations Coordinator (APAC) - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Support onboarding processes for new employees.
• Assist L&D teams in executing learning opportunities.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Support visa-related tasks for international employees.
• Plan and coordinate regional events and routines.
• Strengthen cross-regional collaboration.
• Manage internal and client survey data.
• Assist with supplier and vendor relationships.
• Support budgeting and invoicing processes.
• Engage with third-party providers as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or similar fields preferred.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting or business environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Pakistan.
