Overview

As part of a globally dispersed and specialized Central Operations team, the Internal Communications and Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in fostering engagement and alignment across the organization. This role ensures that our internal communications systems, events, and initiatives drive connectivity, clarity, and engagement for colleagues worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications or related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Experience in event coordination.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Preferred experience with change management or intranet tools.
