Overview

As an Implementation Consultant at Deliverect, you will be the driving force behind the successful onboarding and integration of our platform for mid-market and enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve their goals through seamless implementation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation or customer support.
• Proven track record with SaaS platforms for large-scale clients.
• Proficiency in APIs, data management, and integrations.
• Experience with POS systems and online ordering platforms.
• Skilled in project management tools like JIRA and Asana.
• Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
