Staff Software Engineer - Innovation - Remote

Join our passionate, global team at Delinea and help us make the world a safer and more secure place. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be a key technical troubleshooter for the Cloud Suite team, working closely with support and product management.

In Short

• Tackle hard technical problems in a SaaS product with agents installed across Customer servers.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with Customers and Support on product escalations.
• Provide guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to our core technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with customers on issues and escalations.
• 2+ years of experience running an Agile Sprint team.
• 7+ years of experience in technology-based organizations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with web-based security principles and best practices.
• Preference for being hybrid in the Lehi, UT office, but remote will be considered.
