Overview

The Senior People Analytics Analyst plays a key role in enabling Delinea to make informed, data-driven decisions about our greatest asset—our people. This role transforms complex people data into meaningful insights that empower leaders.

In Short

• Design, develop, and deliver advanced workforce analytics, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, Snowflake, and Workday.
• Build predictive and prescriptive models to support talent acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations and workforce dashboards that tell a compelling data story.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify analytical needs and develop KPIs.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Sales, Product, and IT teams to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Define and maintain data governance standards for people data.
• Design and enhance Workday data model to feed analytics.
• Manage the team’s analytics backlog and oversee delivery.
• Automate recurring reports and analytical processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, HR Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and report design.
• Hands-on experience with Workday.
• Experience with Snowflake and SQL.
• Solid understanding of HR metrics and data structures.
• Excellent data storytelling and communication skills.
• Understanding of data modeling and ETL pipelines.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Collaborative attitude with cross-functional teams.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with predictive modeling and ML/AI-based solutions is a plus.
