Overview

The IT & Procurement Director is responsible for leading the organization's technology strategy and procurement functions, overseeing the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing procurement processes to support the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in IT leadership and procurement management.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and procurement processes.
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop strategic solutions.
• PMP, CIPS, CISSP, or relevant IT and procurement certifications preferred.
