Solutions Architect (Applied Engineering) - EMEA - Remote

Overview

Deepgram is the leading voice AI platform for developers building speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS) and full speech-to-speech (STS) offerings. This role is based out of the EMEA territory.

In Short

• Lead architecture and implementation for enterprise deployments.
• Own post-sales technical success for assigned accounts.
• Serve as the Tier-3 escalation point for complex issues.
• Design reference architectures for common customer use cases.
• Build high-quality samples and internal tools.
• Contribute to pre-sales discovery and POCs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve the roadmap.
• Contribute to knowledge systems and documentation.
• Participate in an on-call or incident rotation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture or similar roles.
• Professional software engineering experience in Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms.
• Proven ownership of complex post-sales work.
• Clear communication across technical and executive audiences.
