Head of Developer & PLG Marketing - Remote

Deepgram is the leading voice AI platform for developers building speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS) and full speech-to-speech (STS) offerings. We are hiring a bold, inventive leader to run Developer & PLG Marketing, a role at the heart of Deepgram’s growth.

In Short

• Build and execute programs to reach, inspire, and enable developers globally.
• Lead strategy and execution for organic discovery: SEO, content, influencers, partnerships, affiliates.
• Drive web conversion rate optimization and funnel performance.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Support to understand the developer journey.
• Activate developer advocates and community members.
• Own the top-of-funnel signup growth number across paid and organic sources.
• Develop and run growth experiments for conversion, activation, and expansion.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Digital teams to optimize PLG levers.
• Ensure smooth transitions from signup to sales engagement for high-potential users.
• Leverage data to unlock new paths to revenue.

Requirements

• 7+ years in developer marketing, growth marketing, or product-led growth roles.
• Proven track record of driving bottom-up growth in a B2B or API-first company.
• Strong empathy for developers and familiarity with their tools.
• Ability to partner across Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Deep understanding of growth loops, experimentation, and CRO.
• Experience in high-growth environments with small teams.
• Creative risk-taker focused on building new playbooks.
• High energy, motivation, intelligence, and curiosity.
