As the Team Lead for Paid Search Marketing at Deel, you will lead and execute our global strategy for Paid Search, managing and mentoring a team of Senior Paid Search Managers.

• Expertise in Paid Search platforms like Google and Bing.
• Data-driven with experience in analytics tools.
• Experience impacting revenue and hitting KPIs.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
