Overview

We’re seeking a Talent Implementation Manager to join our team and lead the successful implementation of Deel’s HR suite - including HRIS/Core, Performance, Learning, Career, Recruiting, and more.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Deel’s HR solutions for clients.
• Consult clients on HR processes and best practices.
• Manage data migrations from legacy HR systems to Deel.
• Oversee project planning and stakeholder communication.
• Provide expert training and guidance to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams.
• Contribute to improving implementation processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS implementations or HR technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience managing data migrations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in modern business tools.
