Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, responsible for building genuine relationships that drive long-term revenue growth while providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in customer success or account management.
  • Experience managing payroll clients within a complex portfolio.
  • Background in fast growth startups, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Analytically inclined and data-savvy.
  • Reliable self-starter with a growth mentality.
  • Proven track record of achievement in previous roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to manipulate and synthesize data.
  • Curious and impact-driven.
