As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Small & Medium Businesses in the CEE & Baltics, you will play a crucial role in driving Deel's growth through outbound prospecting and lead generation, fostering relationships within target customer segments.

Requirements

• Fluent in a Baltic language (Latvian/Lithuanian) and proficient in English.

• Strong relationship-building skills.
