Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Deel, you will play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of our target customer segments.

• Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to build a world-class Sales Playbook.
• Educate leads through various outreach methods including calls and emails.

• Generate email sequences and make cold calls.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and remote team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
