• As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Deel IT, you'll build strong relationships across target customer segments.
• Drive growth by generating high-quality outbound leads.
• Collaborate with a seasoned sales team to enhance the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
• Engage leads through various channels to educate them about our solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of the lead generation process.
• Create targeted email sequences and conduct cold calls to identify key contacts.
• Follow through with timely follow-ups to nurture relationships.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Ideal candidates are growth-oriented and strong communicators.
• Experience in HR, Fintech, or IT is a plus.
