Payroll Specialist - Remote

• Assist in standard accounting tasks related to payroll processes.
• Maintain payroll records including new hires and transfers.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts and regulations.
• Deliver accurate and timely payroll files.
• Manage client enquiries via phone and email.
• Build relationships with clients to provide world-class service.
• Perform additional duties as required by the operations team.
• Maintain KPI performance on client allocation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in French payroll and personnel administration.
• Experience with SILAE Payroll software is a plus.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
• Knowledge of local payroll legislation.
• University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field is a plus.
• Organized and methodical approach to work.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Competent IT user of Excel, Word, and payroll systems.
• Ability to perform manual calculations if necessary.
