Payroll Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accurate payroll services while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Assist in processing semi-monthly payroll in compliance with regulations
• Review and reconcile employee timesheet data
• Process bonus, commission, and incentive payments
• Analyze payroll discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records
• Collaborate with the Benefits team for accurate deductions
• Prepare and submit quarterly audits
• Generate post-processing reports for Finance
• Perform quarterly payroll tax audits
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries

Requirements

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience with Workday Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance
• Understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• FPC Certified preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
