Overview

The HRIS Analyst will serve as the technical point-of-contact for the company's HR Information System (Workday), responsible for daily support, design, and maintenance, while working closely with stakeholders to enhance business efficiency.

• Oversee the daily operation of Workday HCM

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Workday experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required
• Ability to influence project delivery
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Handle sensitive data with confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Travel required during initial employment period
