HRIS Analyst, Workday - Remote

Overview

As an HRIS Analyst, you will evaluate, analyze, configure, design, and maintain the technical and functional aspects of HR Systems and related business platforms, ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and compliance.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day Workday operations across Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, and related integrations.
• Ensure HRIS stability by troubleshooting and maintaining data integrity through proactive audits and validations.
• Configure business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, alerts, and implement functional updates.
• Assist with configuration updates, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and releases.
• Deliver meaningful ad hoc and standard reporting using various tools to support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Technology, on initiatives impacting HR or downstream systems.
• Maintain and support inbound and outbound integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
• Partner with functional leads to automate HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Document configurations clearly and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and SOX requirements.
• Train HR users on system functionality and reporting tools.
• Provide technical support to HR and end-users, resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• 2+ years HRIS experience, including Workday HCM configuration and administration.
• Ability to learn independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights and solutions.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information and uphold strong ethics and integrity.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience supporting global HRIS operations and troubleshooting data issues.
• Knowledge of HRIS integrations and data flow between systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
