• Join the Global Sales Enablement team to train CSA and CSM teams in the AMER region.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams to improve skills.
• Identify skills gaps and design training programs.
• Deliver comprehensive training in sales, renewals, and service skills.
• Onboard new starters and manage their training progress.
• Coach sales and service reps and managers.
• Stay updated on sales and service tools and techniques.
• Work with subject matter experts to create relevant training content.
• Promote a self-serve training mentality among staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in commercial sales and customer service.
• Experience in coaching sales and service representatives.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Track record of building positive business relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
