Overview

As the Head of Sales & Success Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing programs that foster excellence in our Sales and Customer Success teams.

In Short

  • Develop and execute enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and knowledge gaps.
  • Create and curate training materials for go-to-market teams.
  • Develop onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Manage learning management systems and support learning outcomes.
  • Help scale a SaaS company from <$25M to over $100M ARR.
  • Use analytics to assess the impact of enablement programs.
  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive team performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Enablement or Customer Success.
  • Strong program development and content creation skills.
  • Experience with onboarding and training for go-to-market teams.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems.
  • Proven track record in scaling SaaS companies.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for empowering teams and individuals.
  • Comfortable with hands-on execution.
