As a Payroll Implementation Specialist at Deel, you will oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for clients, ensuring a seamless transition.

• Assist in organizing kickoff meetings for global payroll rollouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll implementation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes across multiple countries.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience preferred.
• Project management certification (e.g., CAPM) a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks under pressure.
