Overview

The Legal Counsel provides comprehensive legal support across the organization, with a primary focus on French employment law and the French umbrella employment model (portage salarial), within an international and fast-growing environment.

• Act as a legal point of reference for French employment law.
• Ensure compliance with the umbrella employment model.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and agreements.
• Handle sensitive legal matters and coordinate with external counsel.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer or senior legal counsel with 4+ years of experience.
• Expertise in French employment law.
• Experience in law firm and/or in-house roles.
• Knowledge of the French umbrella employment framework.
• Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• High level of autonomy and ethical standards.
• Experience in international environments is a plus.
