Deel is looking for a leader to manage the India SMB Account Executive team, focusing on developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for the region.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in IT/SAAS sales.
  • 4+ years of sales management experience in India.
  • Experience leading Account Executives in SMB.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS hyper-growth companies.
  • Strong operational skills in SFDC reporting and forecasting.
