• Lead a small team and engage in hands-on design work.

• Strong interaction and visual design skills required.
• Fintech experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Design.
• 3+ years at a senior IC level (Lead / Staff).
• 2+ years managing designers.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
• Strong craft across interaction and visual design.
• Comfortable with B2B and consumer experiences.
• Solid mobile experience.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments.
• High standards for self and team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on outcomes.
