In Short

Own end-to-end design across Fellow's product areas.
Deliver strong visual, interaction, and motion design across web and desktop.
Prototype new concepts using modern tools like Figma.
Drive product-led growth through user engagement.
Collaborate with engineering managers and leadership.
Manage and mentor two designers.
Build and maintain a cohesive design system.

Requirements

7+ years of product design experience.
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and visual design.
Experience with product-led growth surfaces.
Startup experience in fast-paced environments.
AI-native mindset for design workflows.
Experience managing or mentoring designers.
