Overview

The HR Experience Specialist at Deel will ensure compliance and manage HR operations in LATAM, supporting a diverse workforce across multiple countries.

• Ensure compliance and HR operations in assigned LATAM countries.
• Manage leave requests and administrative tasks for Employee of Records (EORs).
• Audit and update HR-related knowledge in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support EORs and clients with HR-related inquiries.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for EORs.
• Collaborate on HR project management for mass onboarding/offboarding.
• Ensure quality of HR operations in assigned countries.
• Act as a subject matter expert for operational quality in the country.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• Knowledge of local labor laws in LATAM countries.
• International HR Operations experience in LATAM.
• Located in the LATAM region.
• HR qualifications or certifications are a plus.
• Experience in startup environments is valued.
• Strong analytical skills for resolving HR issues.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Zendesk, Slack is a plus.
