As a Global Payroll Account Executive at Deel, you will be part of a rapidly growing SaaS company focused on transforming global talent connections and payroll solutions.

In Short

• Develop strategies for identifying and closing new business.
• Focus on demand generation to drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with in-country Account Executives.

• Manage sales activity and revenue forecasting in Salesforce.
• Work closely with a dedicated Sales Development Representative.

Requirements

• Passion and desire to build a legacy at Deel.
• Self-driven with a growth mindset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of global payroll solutions.
• Strong experience in demand generation and pipeline development.
• Proven ability to develop champions and execute complex sales cycles.
• Experience with process/playbook selling is a plus.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
