Field Marketing Manager | DACH & Benelux - Remote

In Short

• Own the strategy and execution of field marketing programs.
• Manage events and webinars as integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop localized messaging and assets.
• Partner with Sales leadership for lead conversion.
• Manage operational aspects including vendor relationships and budget tracking.
• Define and own KPIs for regional programs.
• Continuously refine event and webinar strategy based on performance data.
• Willingness to travel across the region for event execution (30–40%).

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in field marketing.
• Ability to run events as integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of demand generation principles.
• Analytical mindset for defining success metrics.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, and Swoogo preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch, professional English.
