Developer Experience Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Be part of a cross-functional team including Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA’s.
• Participate in product planning from discovery to deployment.
• Collaborate to develop robust new features and improve existing products.
• Ensure customers receive a white-glove experience with products.
• Focus on developer productivity and internal tools like Giger.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Node.js or any other language.
• Solid Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker experience (minimum 2+ years required).
• General AWS or similar cloud experience.
• Experience with Postgres/MySQL, RabbitMQ/NATS/Kafka.
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building complex CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Experience in building observability toolchain: logs, metrics.
• Strong communication skills for orchestrating projects across teams.
• Hands-on troubleshooter ready for challenges.
