Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and empathy skills.
  • Experience with Zendesk is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and capable of remote work.
  • Open to feedback and process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ownership in issue resolution.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Collaborate effectively to resolve escalations.
