Overview

As the Country Finance Manager, you will spearhead all financial activities within the Netherlands, requiring a qualified accountant to manage accounting, tax, and financial aspects essential for scaling our business effectively in the country.

• Oversee and develop all financial activities in the Netherlands, including accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and manage ledger entries, payroll, tax benefits, and contributions reports for regulatory bodies.
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor day-to-day transactions and maintain up-to-date books.
• Ensure timely and accurate submissions to tax authorities.
• Oversee payroll calculations and address any related issues.

Requirements

• ACCA/CPA or local equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5+ years as an accountant in high-tech companies.
• Proficiency in managing Payroll ERP systems preferred.
• Significant experience working in a global environment.
• Strong Excel and office skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
• Service-oriented approach, collaborating within a team.
