As a Country Finance Manager at Deel, you will spearhead all financial activities within the specified location, managing accounting, tax, and financial aspects crucial for scaling the business effectively.

Requirements

• ACCA/CPA or local equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5+ years as an accountant in high-tech companies.
• Proficiency in Payroll ERP systems, experience in Netsuite preferred.
• Significant experience in a global environment.
• Strong Excel and office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated with a detail-oriented mindset.
