Backend Engineer (Node.js/AWS/K8s) - Infra Engineering - Remote

Deel is looking for a Backend Engineer to join their Infra Engineering team, focusing on building a platform that supports product teams and enhances the hiring process globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud services.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
• Experience with Postgres/MySQL and messaging systems like RabbitMQ/NATS/Kafka.
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Willingness to face challenges.
• Experience building internal tooling is a plus.
