As the Associate Director of Payroll Product Compliance at Deel, you will lead efforts to develop scalable payroll engines across APAC, ensuring compliance and efficiency in our solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in payroll compliance.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into workflows.
• Experience managing compliance teams.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance regulations in 6+ countries.
• Project management skills, familiarity with Scrum/Agile.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
