Overview

The Manager, Retention & Engagement for HOKA North America is responsible for building and nurturing digital relationships with consumers, growing the retention database, and leading the CRM team to deliver personalized experiences.

• Support omni-channel retention and engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in relationship or digital marketing required.
• 3+ years management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with email service providers and digital technologies.
• Strong understanding of direct-to-runner strategies.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Tableau preferred.
• Skilled in segmentation and lead generation strategies.
