Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Product Owner certification (PMP, Scrum, etc.).
• 8-12 years of functional management experience.
• 5+ years of project management or product owner experience.
• Experience with PLM systems (PTC Flex PLM required).
• Strong background in change management.
• Fluent in hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Forward-thinking about AI and automation technologies.
• Ability to drive measurable progress in strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience in system design and implementation.
