Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting and executing our global marketing strategy, managing performance across multiple verticals, and delivering measurable growth in leads, conversions, and revenue. This is a highly strategic and operational role for a proven leader who understands performance marketing at scale, particularly within information publishing, financial education, or crypto/alternative investing spaces.

• Lead the entire marketing department, including Paid Media, Organic Growth, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Define and drive the overarching marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

• Oversee 7-figure/month ad spend across Meta, Google, YouTube, and native platforms.

• Build and optimize a high-performing affiliate program.
• Own marketing KPIs and lead performance reviews.
