Overview

As a Marketing Manager at Profile.com, you will own the overall marketing strategy and lead high-performing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and adoption of our services.

In Short

Own the overall marketing strategy, spanning brand, growth, product, and communications.
Build and lead high-performing marketing initiatives across content, demand gen, social, and PR.
Craft and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, activation, and adoption of Profile.com.
Oversee performance marketing and organic growth experiments.

Requirements

5+ years in B2B tech marketing.
Ability to translate company goals into effective marketing plans.
Ability to get in the weeds on messaging, campaign strategy, and analytics.
Comfortable owning metrics, funnel performance, and marketing ops.
Experience supporting enterprise sales motions.
Experience working with a growing team and early stage startup.

Benefits

Compensation: $140,000–$190,000 + equity, total package based on experience.
