Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting & Payroll Specialist to support our Financial Controller and Finance team, ensuring smooth finance operations and accurate financial records.

In Short

• Assist the Financial Controller with day-to-day administrative and financial tasks.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain financial documents and records.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.
• Track and categorize company expenses and ensure proper documentation.
• Help prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist in compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support payroll preparation by gathering and verifying information.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial queries.
• Organize and maintain digital filing systems for financial documentation.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks to support the finance team.
