• Manage a team of 3-6 Claims Specialists.
• Oversee daily billing operations for multiple practices.
• Ensure adherence to billing and customer service standards.
• Coach team members and monitor performance.
• Participate in hiring and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for team operations.
• Accountable for pod performance metrics.
• Lead weekly standups and training sessions.
• Suggest and test billing workflow enhancements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in dental RCM.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Familiarity with dental billing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and systems-minded approach.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
