• Lead and manage a team of Intake Specialists.
• Set clear objectives and define roles for team members.
• Motivate and inspire team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure efficient client intake.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with team members.
• Support team members’ professional development.
• Generate reports on team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Position may be remote/hybrid for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must live/work in EST/CST area.
• Ability to travel to the office 2-4 times a year.
