Overview

The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them with their inquiries and guiding them through the intake process with empathy and understanding.

Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience in sales or customer service.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm.
• Motivated to surpass set goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Home office set up for HIPAA compliance.
