The Pre-Litigation Paralegal at Isaacs & Isaacs will handle personal injury claims from inception to settlement, ensuring clients receive justice and fair compensation.

• Handle pre-litigation personal injury claims.
• Enter new files in Case Management System (File Vine).
• Gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and insurance carriers.
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
• Collect documentation of damages sustained.
• Assist clients with property damage claims.
• Organize and maintain case files.
• Diary files using File Vine.
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
• 2 years of experience as a paralegal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Exceptional communication and written skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and medical terms is helpful.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Paralegal certificate is a plus.
• Full-time position (40 hours required).
