• Drive strategic, multi-channel demand generation initiatives.
• Guide and inspire a cross-functional team of marketing specialists and BDRs.
• Partner with various marketing teams to develop demand generation strategies.
• Act as a liaison between marketing leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Use data-driven insights to track and optimize campaign performance.
• Conduct market research to refine buyer personas and messaging.
• Stay ahead of marketing technology trends.
• Oversee budget allocation for marketing initiatives.
• Travel up to 10% for team collaboration and events.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing.
• Experience in developing and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data.
• Excellent project management skills.
