Overview

The Director, Product Management – Nonprofit is responsible for a product category within our portfolio of nonprofit-focused software solutions, driving and shaping the overall product strategy and roadmap with a focus on people leadership and customer impact.

In Short

• Build and lead a high-performing product team
• Own the financial performance of the nonprofit product portfolio
• Drive pricing, packaging, and new product development strategies
• Champion customer needs and translate feedback into actionable product strategies
• Shape and continuously improve the product development methodology
• Evangelize the product vision internally and externally
• Develop and maintain a roadmap balancing customer needs and business priorities
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance
• Stay abreast of trends in the nonprofit space

Requirements

• Proven success leading B2B SaaS product teams
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams
• Ability to set a compelling vision in a fast-moving environment
• Understanding of nonprofit operations and funding models
• Deep appreciation for the customer voice
• Strong partnership skills with cross-functional teams
• Focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management
• 3+ years of direct people management experience
