Senior Project Manager, Field Action Remediation - Remote

Overview

The Field Action Remediation Senior Project Manager will support the Solution Deployment Services (SDS) organization within the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Business Unit by leading field action remediation for ES accelerated upgrades.

• Lead field action remediation projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop project plans for remediation actions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and support to project team members.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders.

• Assist with customer notifications and follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships across BD teams.

Requirements

• BA or BS required; PMP certification optional.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in clinical product/medical device implementation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of Pyxis products preferred.
• Proven track record of change management.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
